Abstract
The search for new stylistic units in linguistics led to the identification of parcellation as an important phenomenon. Also called segmentation or fragmentation, parcellation involves breaking sentences into smaller, often disconnected parts to create emphasis, enhance rhythm, and achieve specific stylistic effects. This technique is increasingly common in various forms of literature, mass media, and everyday communication, reflecting emerging linguistic trends.
