Annotatsiya

This article has developed an optimized and simplified procedure for propagating grape varieties in vitro. An important advantage of the current propagation system is that the propagation and establishment phases occur simultaneously. In our variety Khusain, the number of buds is 2.1, the growth length is 6.20 cm, the distance between buds is 5.3, the distance between buds is 1.7, the pointer showed cm. In our variety Rizamat Ota, the number of shoots is 1.2 pieces, the maximum growth length their size is 8.9 cm, the distance between 2 shoots is 4.2 pieces, the distance between protruding shoots is 0.9 cm. Thanks to the use of an optimized micropropagation system, the studied grape genotypes were effectively propagated in vitro, and grape seedlings were adapted to in vivo conditions.
