This article examines extralinguistic factors that determine oral speech and their specific linguistic features. In particular, the extralinguistic structure of oral discourse consists of the rules of the communication process, facial expressions and body language of the participants, behavior, comments on the behavior of people in communication, as well as linguistic and cultural features that should follow in the sphere of communication of the English people.
