In this article, the concept and essence of prosecutorial supervision over the execution of laws in the investigation of crimes in the field of information technologies in the Republic of Uzbekistan is studied, and the conceptual apparatus of prosecutorial supervision over the execution of laws in the investigation of crimes in the field of information technologies in the Republic of Uzbekistan is formed. In addition, for the first time in the Republic of Uzbekistan, system-forming signs of the concept of prosecutorial supervision over the execution of laws in the investigation of crimes in the field of information technology have been formed, which proves the specificity of the prosecutor's supervision over the execution of laws in the investigation of crimes in the field of information technology in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
