ISSUES OF COMPULSORY EXECUTION OF COURT DECISIONS ON ALIMONY RECOVERY

This article based on the norms of material and procedural legislation examines the issues of enforcement of court decisions on the recovery of alimony. The procedure for compulsory enforcement of court decisions on the recovery of alimony, the procedure for calculating arrears of alimony, and the grounds for increasing or reducing the amount of alimony are considered. Proposals have been developed to improve the legislation by analyzing problems in enforcement practice related to the re-execution of an еxecutive document on the recovery of alimony.
