OF THE DUTAR IN MUSIC THERAPY AND THE THERAPEUTIC POTENTIAL OF NATIONAL INSTRUMENTS
Усманова, Шахноза
Annotatsiya
This scientific article fundamentally investigates the healing potential of the Uzbek national instrument – the Dutar – within the context of modern music therapy and cognitive musicology. The primary objective of the research is to scientifically substantiate not only the Dutar's impact on the human psyche but also its unique acoustic and organological role within the system of national instruments. For the first time, the process of synchronization of low-frequency harmonic vibrations produced by the Dutar's silk strings with the human central nervous system and biorhythms is analyzed from a neuropsychological perspective. Using acoustic spectroscopy and comparative-tactile analysis methods, the Dutar's superior relaxation efficiency compared to other national instruments has been proven.
