Particularly important problems related to the execution of acts of the economic court extend to a particularly important role in the development of the economic situation in Uzbekistan. In special cases arising in the activities of business entities with legal entities in the organizational and legal form "Limited Liability Company", when considering a decision on the merits of "hopeless defenses", foreclosure on the data of a legal entity in the form of an LLC creates private obstacles. Therefore, an opinion was expressed on possible solutions to this problem.
