Professional storage of various raw materials, goods and property plays an important role in the turnover and in a market economy. In this case, the warehouse that carries out special storage of goods undertakes to store goods for a certain period of time. When storing goods in a warehouse, it is important to establish a statutory procedure for accepting goods handed over by the consignor, determining the procedure for their storage and submitting documents confirming their acceptance for storage. To date, it is necessary to study the legal nature of a two-part warehouse certificate, determine its type depending on the type of warehouse (free warehouse, customs warehouse, public warehouse) and the type of goods received. Therefore, this article discusses the legal regulation of storage in a warehouse, the nature of the documents drawn up during the storage of goods in a warehouse.
