Annotatsiya

In the article, the author gives some ideas about the history of the development of the norms of law on responsibility for crimes in the field of land use and land protection in Uzbekistan. The author also notes that the designation of lands as an object of crime plays an important role in further strengthening the guarantees of the legitimate rights and interests of the owners, preventing the illegal seizure of land plots in which buildings and structures belonging to citizens and business entities are located, as well as in preventing the inadequacies that are allowed In addition, the author retrospectively analyzed the need to establish responsibility for crimes in the field of land use and protection in the national Criminal Law and expressed his views on the existing norms.
