USING ICT DURING THE INITIAL POLICE HEARINGS AFTER PROCESSING CRIME REPORTS

In the article, the author considers some aspects of the introduction of modern forms of ICT at the stage of pre-investigation checks in the activities of law enforcement agencies in the Republic of Uzbekistan. In particular, the organizational and legal beginnings of the modernization of the criminal process at the present stage of the global informatization of public life have been studied. Some positive and negative factors of the introduction of ICT in the pre-investigation check are noted, the opinions of scientists and researchers are analyzed. At the end of the article, the author summarizes in the form of conclusions and conclusions the main provisions and measures necessary to accelerate the transformation of criminal proceedings and a complete transition to an electronic criminal case.
