Today, the unification of laws continues in all countries of the world, the prosecutor's office is such a body, as a result of which state control is established throughout society over the correct and accurate execution of laws, society is a guarantee of the correct execution of laws established by the state. It is the institution of the prosecutor's office that is considered the guarantor of maintaining stability in society and full compliance with the laws. The role of the prosecutor's office is important in shaping the history of mankind and in the legal protection of human rights and interests, as well as the interests of the state and society, in shaping justice in society. As a result of the establishment of this institution, first of all, an important position was created where a person can defend his lawful actions, and also ensures the laws and regulations of the current authority in the state. Studying the diversity of the prosecutor's offices of the world, the similarities and differences in their activities, the introduction of international norms into our national legislation is a requirement of the time.
