This article analyzes the scientific and methodological foundations of preparing students for operator work in the context of digital transformation. It highlights the potential of using digital technologies, artificial intelligence tools, virtual laboratories, simulators, and interactive teaching methods in preparing students for operator work. It also proposes pedagogical conditions and an improved methodological model for developing operator competencies in technological education.
