Annotatsiya

This article provides scholarly information on the life and activities of local Islamic scholars who lived in past centuries at the foothills of Mount Khonjiza, which is part of the Gissar mountain range, located in the Sariosiyo district of the Surkhandarya region. The study examines pilgrimage sites associated with their names, as well as the architectural features of local mosques. In addition, based on field research, ecotourism pilgrimage sites located in mountain villages and natural landscapes - associated with springs, martyrs, sacred trees, and other natural objects - are studied and scientifically analyzed.
