Аннотация
In this article, models and concepts of modern state administration, approach and development trends are analyzed from a scientific and theoretical point of view based on the characteristics of the countries of the world. In the article, the role of public management models in the improvement of modern public service is researched mainly on the example of “New Public Management” and “Good Governance”, as well as some other models. Effective use of models and approaches in the context of today's administrative reforms, their achievements and opportunities, and the risks that must be taken into account in the process of application are analyzed.
