THE WAYS LEGALIZATION OF REVENUE FROM CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES

In this article, the author analyzes the ways legalization of revenue from criminal activities and foreign experience. Also developed proposals, recommendations on the legalization of revenue from criminal activities. Also, proposals and recommendations were made regarding the crime of legalization of income from criminal activities. At the same time, this article analyzes the legalization of income by giving the property found as a result of criminal activity (money and other property) a legal tone to its origin in the following ways: - money and other property by means of transfer (method of committing a crime) - the origin of the property is given a legal tone; - the origin of money and other property is given a legal tone by turning it into property (method of committing a crime); - the origin of money and other property is given a legal tone by way of exchange (method of committing a crime).
