Annotatsiya

Strengthening the system of international accountability for war crimes is a pressing and complex issue, and is of great importance in ensuring global security.This article analyzes the effectiveness of international legal mechanisms aimed at increasing accountability for war crimes, presents existing problems and proposals for their solutions. In particular, the expansion of the activities of the International Criminal Court, the role of national judicial authorities, and opportunities for strengthening international cooperation are studied. The article proposes strategies for improving the system based on the integration of legal and political aspects.
