This article analyzes the activities of the world's leading international organizations aimed at protecting human rights and freedoms within the framework of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and its protocols, as well as the procedure for considering complaints filed by individuals regarding violations of rights and their restoration by the European Court of Justice human rights. Changes in the procedure for considering complaints as a result of the adoption of the 11th Protocol to the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms in the European System, as well as the role of the court in interpreting and commenting on the rules established by the convention and its protocols and implemented in practice, as well as the application and execution of decisions made by courts in the European region, by national courts of countries that are parties to the convention and its protocols.
