This article analyzes the issue of reasonable risk related to professional or economic activity as a condition that excludes the criminality of the act. Also, in the article, as a result of the scientific and practical research conducted in the field of science and technology, as well as the analysis of modern literature on risk management, the opinions of scientists on the issue of reasonable risk are given. In addition, the article examines several conditions of reasonable risk related to professional or economic activity, and gives relevant suggestions and recommendations.
