On a global scale, there is a need to improve judicial mechanisms aimed at resolving civil and economic disputes by alternative methods, develop simplified types of paperwork, increase the efficiency of arbitration proceedings through the use of conciliation procedures, reduce the workload of competent courts, simplify procedural procedures and mechanisms, and strengthen scientific research in this area. It should be noted that today special attention is paid to the issues of correct determination of rights and powers for alternative dispute resolution, improvement of the process of dispute resolution in arbitration courts, recognition and enforcement of decisions, as areas of research that have important scientific and practical significance. It is worth noting here that today, in addition to competent courts, various problems arise when a number of cases of civil and economic disputes are considered by arbitration courts under alternative dispute resolution. This article analyтzes the range of disputes resolved by arbitration courts. It is also analyzed that the consideration of individual labor disputes by arbitration courts is a requirement of today, its advantages are studied and proposals and recommendations are developed for our national legislation in this regard. This article analyzes the material and procedural legal order of interaction between arbitration courts and competent courts. In this regard, proposals and recommendations for our national legislation will also be developed.
