SOME ISSUES OF COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY VEHICLES

Аннотация
The article considers some issues of compensation for damage caused by vehicles. In particular, the occurrence of tort liabilities from the harm caused, the manifestation of both unlawful behavior and inaction that caused harm, as well as the issues of establishing a causal link between human actions and the result that occurred and its specific complexity are substantiated. At the same time, the grounds of unlawful inaction, which entails tort liability, are outlined. Opinions of domestic and foreign scientists on the above-mentioned issues of compensation for damage caused by vehicles will also be analyzed.
