THE PECULIARITIES OF CONSIDERING A CASE IN A COMMISSION ON CHILDREN'S ISSUES

This article examines and analyzes the circumstances under which minors who have committed crimes are exempted from liability without penalty and are referred to the commission on children's issues, as well as the procedure for considering cases. In addition, special attention was paid to the tasks, powers, and functions of the commission on children's issues related to the correction of minors who have committed crimes, and a number of recommendations were given for its improvement.
