CONTRACTS CONCLUDED BY HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND THEIR PLACE IN THE SYSTEM OF CONTRACTS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES

This article analyzes the issue of contracts concluded by higher education institutions and their rolein the system of service contracts from a theoretical and practical point of view. The author came tothe conclusion that the main purpose of the higher education institution is to provide educationalservices while studying a number of new legal documents adopted in the field of education, opinionsand comments of legal scholars on contractual relations. Also, emphasizing that the provision ofinnovative legal services is of particular importance in the modern activities of higher educationinstitutions, he puts forward the idea that the contract acts as the main legal instrument for theprovision of these services and substantiated the need to include in the Law "On Education" a chapterentitled "The procedure for concluding a contract for the provision of educational services in highereducation institutions"
