Аннотация
This article discusses the place of moral principles in establishing the rules of management as an important means of ensuring the fairness of the management system. It also strengthens the moral relations supported by managers and employees, helps regulate emancipation and ensures the implementation of their actions. Management based on established moral values can serve as a legal basis for resolving various conflicts. It also highlights the procedures of the leader for the application of incentives and disciplinary measures in relation to his employees, increasing the efficiency of teamwork and balancing interpersonal relations in the team. Also, the improvement of management based on cooperation, regular meetings with staff on problem solving, openness of communication between managers and employees, participation of employees in organizational affairs, powers to make decisions for departments and administrations, distribution of material wealth, participation of employees in planning processes are discussed.
