THE PROCEDURAL POSITION OF STATE MANAGEMENT BODIES PROVIDING ADVISORY OPINIONS IN CIVIL PROCEDURE

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the procedural status of state administration bodies participating in civil proceedings to provide an opinion on a case in accordance with the Civil Procedural Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. State administration bodies participate in the process solely on the basis of procedural interest, without having any material or legal interest in the outcome of the case. The author compares the procedural status of these entities with other participants in the proceedings, revealing the legal nature of their opinion, its non-binding character for the court, and the special procedure for its evaluation. Additionally, the article develops proposals for improving the current legislation.
