Annotatsiya

The article describes the life and activity of Abul Mafokhir Yahya ibn Ahmad – the sheikh of kubraviya tariqa grandson of Sayfiddin Boharziy. Moreover, article includes analysis of his wakuf document, created in 726/1326 year and amended in 733/1333 year. Wakuf document also clearly describes the property and the territory of the mausoleum, methods of realization of the wakuf assets and requirements to the mutawally (trustee).
