The article states that the formation of talent in military personnel requires a higher level of cognitive activity, the development of thinking and intellect, the ability to anticipate their skills, to direct them in accordance with the purpose. It is also important that intellectual culture is formed on the basis of the necessary understanding and appreciation of oneself and the world, through which it is important to cultivate the minds and expand the minds of our youth, because only through them , the possibility of creating a politically conscious upbringing.
