This article analyzes effective methods of teaching phytonyms found in folklore and mythology in English and Uzbek languages. It highlights the cultural, symbolic, and traditional significance of these plant names and explores their potential in integrating language and cultural education. The study also provides practical suggestions for using interactive techniques and elements of oral folklore to enrich the learning process.
