This article examines the issue of ensuring sustainable economic growth in the context of the digital economythrough the innovative development of the industrial sector. It explores existing challenges related to creating aninnovation-driven environment in industrial branches and provides an in-depth analysis of these problems. Furthermore,analytical data are presented concerning the level of industrial production across different sectors of economic activity inUzbekistan, as well as their share in the gross domestic product and export structure. Based on the analysis, scientificallygrounded proposals and recommendations have been developed to promote the innovative development of industry
digital economy, industrial sector, economic growth, socio-economic development, innovations, modern technologies, green economy — the key directions of today’s economic system.
