Issues related to improving the mechanisms for organizing procurement processes inUzbekistan’s initiative budget system based on an electronic register are examined. The study analyzes pricedisparities, low-quality procurement practices, and factors affecting the efficiency of budget fund utilizationduring the implementation of initiative budget projects. Particular attention is paid to the role of procurementprocedures organized through an electronic register approved by the relevant ministries in ensuring the rationaluse of budget resources, enhancing transparency, and strengthening public oversight. Based on the findings,scientific proposals and practical recommendations for improving procurement processes within the initiativebudget system are developed.
