PECULIARITIES OF THE PROCESSES ANGIOGENESIS, NEUROGENESIS AND NEUROINFLAMMATION IN THE PATHOGENESIS OF STROKES

The pathogenesis of strokes, the study of clinical course and the improvement of treatment measures are an urgent problem. Based on the data of scientific research carried out in recent years, the analytical analysis of some molecular mechanisms of endogenous regulation of neurogenesis, neuroallization and angiogenesis is the main goal of our study. The conclusion is made from selected original reliable articles. It turns out that all stages of neurogenesis are regulated by the signaling of growth factor molecules that mediate changes in apoptosis, inflammation, angiogenesis, cell differentiation and proliferation. One of them is the vascular endothelial growth factor - a group of angiogenic proteins involved in the processes of arteriogenesis, neuroprotection, neurogenesis, angiogenesis in blood vessels. Induces angiogenesis, which is necessary for survival of resident and newly formed neurons in the strokes region bordering the nucleus.
