Annotatsiya
This study evaluates the clinical and immunological parameters of patients with multiple sclerosis and investigates the efficacy of immunomodulatory and neuro-metabolic therapy. A total of 64 patients were examined, including 34 in the clinical-radiological dissociative (CRD) group and 30 in the control group. Assessments based on EDSS and HADS scales showed that the combination therapy (placental hydrolysate and monosialoganglioside GM1) significantly reduced disability levels, improved psycho-emotional status, and helped normalize cognitive functions. Immunological indicators also showed a decrease in IL-6, IL-8, and TNF-α levels. These results confirm that the combined treatment methods are effective in treating multiple sclerosis.
