Annotatsiya
The study demonstrates that early and accurate diagnosis of peripheral neuropathies, including mononeuropathies, relies on clinical examination, anamnesis, and advanced neurophysiological methods such as ENMG. These methods offer detailed insights into nerve function, aiding in accurate diagnosis and rehabilitation planning. Furthermore, various rehabilitation techniques, including physical exercises, massage, and hydrotherapy, enhance the recovery process for children. The findings emphasize the importance of a multidisciplinary approach and the integration of modern neurophysiological methods to improve treatment outcomes. The study highlights the growing importance of neuroplasticity research and how novel rehabilitation methods, including Nordic walking, can improve motor function and overall quality of life for children with neuro- motor disorders. However, challenges remain in optimizing rehabilitation strategies, and further research is needed to refine these methods in pediatric neurology and neurorehabilitation.
