Annotatsiya
The article presents results of a comparative study on the effectiveness of different speech rehabilitation methods in 164 patients with aphasia during the early recovery period of ischemic stroke. Patients with efferent motor (n=64), amnestic (n=56), and dynamic aphasia (n=44) were divided into two subgroups: group A received standard speech therapy, group B – ABA-oriented rehabilitation (VB-MAPP, DTT, NET, PECS, Shaping&Chaining). Dynamic monitoring was conducted over 8 weeks using ABC analysis, FCA, CADL-2, and neuropsychological scales (MoCA, WAIS, LMWT). Results demonstrated statistically significant superiority of the ABA-oriented approach across all speech function components (p<0.001), with improvements of 14.3-25.0% compared to standard therapy. High effectiveness of personalized comprehensive rehabilitation using behavioral methods was confirmed.
