NEW TENDENCIES OF THE INTERACTION BETWEEN OPERATIONAL-RESEARCH UNITS AND INVESTIGATIVE BODIES

This article highpoints the forming of new tendencies of the interaction between operational-research units and investigative bodies in connection with the altering some amendments and additions to the criminal procedural legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author of the work claims that in criminal trial of Uzbekistan the reliable platform for legal involvement and wide use of results of operational-search activities in process of proof for criminal caseshas been created. Moreover, the author formed conclusions about the possibility of adopting legal norms to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan for establishing of covert investigative actions, which are fulfilled by the investigator in the criminal procedure.
