This article examines modern approaches and concepts of the right to health, the right to health from the point of view of the theory of human rights, analyzes international legal documents, policies and national legislation of Uzbekistan in the field of health, the Millennium Development Goals and the Sustainable Development Goals from the point of view health care. In the final part of the article, proposals are made to improve the activities of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of ensuring the right to health.
