The article highlights the legal basis and procedure for the direct application by courts of the norms of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, through a scientific and theoretical analysis of the norms of the Constitution, existing procedural codes, laws, as well as judicial practice, it is justified that its significance lies in the fact that it provides the opportunity to directly use the fundamental rights and freedoms of man and citizen, complies with the constitutional principles of the administration of justice, and also that by applying the provisions of the international treaty of the Republic of Uzbekistan, generally recognized principles and norms are observed in New Uzbekistan international law.
