This article reveals the features of the crime of improper performance of one’s professional duties. Also, the article, based on the opinions of criminal law specialists, analyzes the subject of the crime of improper performance of one’s duties related to the profession, and the author scientifically approaches the opinions of these scientists and highlights his opinions. based on scientific analysis.
