THE REPRESENTATION OF PARTIES IN SOCIAL PARTNERSHIP AND THE SIGNIFICANCE OF STATE INVOLVEMENT

This article provides an in-depth analysis of the issues of social partnership between the main parties in the social partnership system - employers, employees (their representatives) and government bodies. In particular,the theoretical and legal foundations of the representation of the parties in this cooperation, the harmony of this representation with practical processes, the mechanisms and means of representing the interests of representatives and the active participation of the state in this process from an organizational and managerial point of view are highlighted. Based on international experience, the significance of the participation of state administration bodies and local authorities in the effective implementation of social partnership in an organization or enterprise, the establishment of social and labor relations and its specific aspects were studied. The article examines the state policy aimed at developing social partnership in the field of labor from a scientific-theoretical and practical point of view and puts forward measures for improvement in the field. This research is enriched with new perspectives and practical recommendations related to the field.
