Annotatsiya

This article focuses on the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of problems of management and development of social infrastructure of small towns. The article analyzes such topical issues as the study of small towns, including their role in the development of society and the prevention of socio-economic problems, improving the living standards of the population, land reform, stabilization of housing policy, providing these areas with transport and social infrastructure, the development of public policy aimed at the construction of affordable housing for families with low and middle incomes. Final conclusion on learning the ideas and scientifically-practical outcomes that put forward for governing and development mechanisms of social infrastructures in towns, government agencies , public organizations, business corporations political parties involved in keeping and strengthening socio-political stability of the society within the self-governing organizations, social relations
