This article covers the issues of social security in the social protection of disabled people. Every person throughout his life is exposed to various risks that can directly affect his health and ability to work, leading to loss of wages, which in many cases is the main source of livelihood. In many cases, a person cannot overcome these situations on his own, since they are largely predetermined by objective socio-economic conditions of life, are closely related to production activities and do not depend on his will. In these cases, issues of social support for socially needy groups of the population, especially people with disabilities, are covered.
