TRENDS OF SOCIAL TRANSFORMATION IN THE NEW UZBEKISTAN (on the example of civil society institutions)

The article analyzes the role of the main institutions of society in increasing the social and political activity of citizens, the state and political system, as well as the forecasts of how to reach the level of the indicator of the existence of civil society in new societies, in particular, the prospects for development in New Uzbekistan. At the same time, the lack of a single concept for the development of institutions in this context is largely due to the continuous study of the trends of change of social institutions, the factors and mechanisms of the development and transformation of their activities, and the determination of the mechanisms of implementing transformation in their activities based on the interests of citizens. a number of problems related to development have been scientifically analyzed. The author defines social institutions in society, in particular civil society institutions, changes in the activity of its forms, definitions based on different views on the process of their transformation. social relations in society, in particular civil society and the impact of changes specific to its forms on state and community management.
