In the Republic of Uzbekistan, since 2016, social protection of the population has been transferred to the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations. It is stated that in 2020, the list of state bodies that provide social protection of the population and families was filled with the Ministry of Neighborhood and Family Support, the Offices of the Employment Agency. The institutional fragmentation of the social protection system, the low level of coverage by social protection, the lack of personnel qualifications of the social protection system, the lack of a single state control and management organization for the social protection and support of needy segments of the population, low-income families and children, children's institutions, education It has been shown that deinstitutionalization can lead to a slowdown in reforms. To date, the system of social protection of the population is shown in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It is scientifically predicted that the social protection system covers all the needy population, raises the qualification level of social workers, centralization of benefits and social services, addressing the issues of medicalization of disability can lead to the development of a social protection system. and improve its efficiency.
