UZBEKISTAN IN SEARCH OF ANTI-CORRUPTION RESILIENCE: LEGISLATION, INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PUBLIC OPINION

Аннотация
The article examines the institutional, legal, and sociocultural dimensions of anti-corruption policy in Uzbekistan. It analyzes the development of anti-corruption legislation, the country’s participation in the UN Convention against Corruption, the adoption of international practices in digital governance (Estonia, South Korea, Singapore), and the formation of national compliance control mechanisms. Special attention is paid to sociological research conducted by the Republican Center “Ijtimoiy Fikr,” reflecting public perceptions of corruption, civic engagement, and trust in anti-corruption institutions. The author emphasizes that the sustainability of anti-corruption policy depends not only on the improvement of laws and institutions but also on fostering a public immunity to corruption based on legal awareness, legal culture, and civic maturity.
