FORMATION OF THE INTELLIGENTSIA AS OPINION LEADERS IN UZBEKISTAN

The article substantiates the need to launch a targeted program for the formation of the intelligentsia of Uzbekistan as a sustainable layer of opinion leaders in the digital era. The relevance of the issue is determined by the structural deficit of educational and analytical content in social networks and the insufficient involvement of representatives of the scientific and cultural communities in public communication. The analytical review systematizes theoretical approaches to the phenomenon of opinion leadership and digital public spaces. Based on theoretical principles, a set of institutional solutions is formulated. The conclusion outlines the criteria for sustainability and the ways to scale up the initiative while maintaining academic and ethical standards.
