It is well known from the pages of history that throughout its history humanity has sought to protect the rights of members of society. In particular, the emergence of the institution of the state began to exert an active influence on the course of this process. After all, the state has always defined this issue as a priority task in its policy. Ultimately, to implement this policy, the state first of all needs social stability, and it seeks to attract all material and spiritual resources to ensure it. Religious values play a special role in ensuring interfaith harmony. In particular, in the Islamic religion, which is professed by the absolute majority of the population of our country, issues of tolerance are of a priority nature. This scientific article examines the legal framework aimed at the rational implementation of relations between religious beliefs and freedom of conscience in our country from a sociological point of view.
