CONTENT ANALYSIS OF REGULATORY AND LEGAL DOCUMENTS ON URBANIZATION PROCESSES IN NEW UZBEKISTAN

In the article, the author analyzed the content of regulatory legal acts to accelerate the processes of urbanization in New Uzbekistan. First, the concept of "content - analysis" was described and its differences from other methods of analysis were described in detail. Within the framework of regulatory legal acts, a content analysis of laws, decrees and resolutions of the President and the "Urban Planning Code" adopted in 2019-2025 is presented. The consistency and systematicity of the urbanization policy, the close relationship between the documents were also revealed. The content and structure of documents regulating urbanization processes in Uzbekistan were analyzed. At the same time, they are aimed at assessing their legality, consistency and practical effectiveness. Thus, an analysis of the scientific foundations of sustainable, favorable and human-friendly development of urbanization processes in New Uzbekistan is presented. The analysis of the views of I.Khamedov and D.Tukhtamuratova, D.Akhmadzhonova is also covered.
