Agricultural culture played an important role in the formation and development of ancient centers of human civilization. It should be noted here that the development of agricultural culture in the Eastern civilization is based on irrigated agriculture. Over the centuries, specific agricultural traditions and rituals have been formed based on experience and methods, as well as careful phenological observations. Religious-mythological views and rituals are also important in these traditions. In this article, religious and national customs and rituals related to agriculture were scientifically analyzed.
