MULTI-MEASUREMENT SYSTEM FOR WATER RESOURCE CONTROL: TECHNICAL STRUCTURE, MATHEMATICAL FRAMEWORK, AND ALGORITHMIC IMPLEMENTATION
Ozodov, Ezozbek, Talipova, Guzal
Abstract
This paper presents a multi-measurement system for automated water resource management in closed waterbody systems operating under relaxation dynamics and stochastic uncertainty. The system integrates eight sensor channels into a unified monitoring framework with modules for data assimilation, Bayesian filtering, adaptive identification, ensemble forecasting, and stochastic predictive control. Mathematical models of relaxation-stochastic water balance and algorithms for numerical implementation are proposed. Results validated on Lake Aydarkul demonstrate NSE = 0.89-0.91, risk reduction of 50-64%, and 14.9% increase in water withdrawal.
