Abstract
The article presents promising technologies for producing cast parts with wear-resistant coatings using the lostfoam casting process. The compositions and properties of steel powder coatings have been determined. Optimal heat treatment regimes involving double phase recrystallization have been developed. It has been proven that this strengthening treatment increases the wear resistance and durability of the finished parts by a factor of 2 to 3.
