Abstract
The article shows the extreme importance of the accuracy and reliability of land records in the effective use of perennial plantings based on analytical methods of analysis and monographic studies, as well as the organization of a system for the complete monitoring of perennial plantings by their types. In particular, practical proposals are given on the importance of monitoring perennial plantings using digital technologies.
